Halloween Limoges Boxes
Before you choose
The art of the little box
Each one is small enough to hold in your palm and made to be kept for a lifetime. Here is what is worth knowing before you pick yours.

-
What is a Limoges box?
A tiny hinged porcelain box, shaped and painted by hand in the Limoges region of France, a porcelain town since the 1700s. Each one closes with a little brass clasp, and many hide a tiny charm inside. No two are ever exactly alike, because every brushstroke is done by hand.
Our story -
Finding the perfect one
Start with the person, not the box. Think about what they love (their dog, Paris, the garden, a good cup of tea) and the moment you are marking. When in doubt, a box that matches a hobby or a favorite place is almost always a hit. Our gift guide walks you through it.
Open the gift guide -
Caring for your box
Dust with a soft, dry brush, keep it out of the dishwasher and open it by the clasp, never by the lid. Display it out of direct sunlight and keep the lid closed when you move it, so the hinge and clasp stay snug. With a little care it will last for generations.
Care tips -
Shipping & delivery
Every box is packed with care so it arrives safely. See delivery times and options before you order, especially ahead of Christmas and other holidays. Sending a gift? You can ship it straight to the person it is for.

How do you know it’s genuine Limoges?
Look for “Limoges France” and the words Peint Main (painted by hand) underneath, plus a little clasp of hand-set brass. We explain every mark in our short guide.
