Perfect Limoges ("we", "us") runs the online store at perfectlimoges.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Payment information: card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Information from others: we may receive information from service providers who help us run the store, such as payment, fraud-prevention, shipping and analytics companies.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout
Payment processors, to take payment and prevent fraud
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order

Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner under this same policy.

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax and accounting rules. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

We use reasonable safeguards, and Shopify's checkout is protected with industry-standard encryption. No website is completely secure, so please keep your account details private.
