Welcome to Perfect Limoges. These terms apply when you visit perfectlimoges.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy, which are part of these terms.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, copy it with automated tools, or interfere with other shoppers.

2. Our products

Every Limoges box is painted by hand, so colors, brushwork and small details vary from piece to piece. Photos show a typical example, and your screen may show colors slightly differently. Sizes are approximate. These natural variations are part of each piece's charm and aren't considered defects.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit or cancel orders, for example if we suspect fraud or reselling. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. You agree that the payment and billing details you give us are accurate and that you're authorized to use them.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns and refunds policy.

6. Our content

The text, photos, designs and logo on this site belong to Perfect Limoges or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy, reuse or sell our content without written permission.

7. Messages, reviews and ideas you send us

If you send us a message, review, photo or suggestion, you allow us to use it to run and promote our store. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Other websites

Our site may link to sites we don't run, such as payment or shipping providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

10. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Perfect Limoges won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using our site, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
