Shipping policy

Every Limoges box is packed by hand, cushioned for the trip and sent in its own presentation box, ready to give.

When your order ships

Same-day shipping: orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same day.
Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

How long delivery takes

Ground: usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days, and within 6 business days at most.
Need it sooner? Message us through our contact page and we'll do our best to send it overnight.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Weather and busy holiday weeks can slow carriers down, so please order early for Christmas.

We ship within the United States.

Sending a gift

You can ship straight to the person it's for. Just enter their address at checkout. Please double-check it, because we can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Message us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order ships, but not once it's with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package goes missing or arrives broken, message us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
