Passover & Jewish Holidays

Holiday tables are full of tradition, and a thoughtful gift should feel the same way. Whether you are bringing something for the seder host, the grandparents lighting the menorah, or the cousin who always wins at dreidel, a hand-painted Limoges box says "I thought about this" far louder than a bottle of wine grabbed on the way over. Each piece is hand-painted in France, hinged, and arrives gift-boxed, ready to set beside the candles.

Spin, Light and Celebrate

Expect a cheerful spin of dreidels in blue, maroon, red, yellow and white, some painted with views of Jerusalem. Menorahs come in round and oval shapes, and one sits on a little table with a removable candle. There are Hanukkah coins, a Star of David, a Mazel Tov box made for good wishes, and a Wailing Wall scene with a tiny removable Torah. Open the hinged lid and you will find a perfect spot for gelt, a mezuzah scroll, or a handwritten blessing.

A Tradition Worth Collecting

Many families add one Judaica box each year, so the collection grows alongside the children. Dreidels are an easy place to begin because there are so many colors to gather, and they look delightful lined up on a windowsill near the menorah. Collectors also like displaying them on a silver tray that comes out for every holiday, or on a curio shelf where the grandkids can count them. Years from now, those little boxes become the stories: "That one was from your first Hanukkah."
