Back to School
Fresh sneakers, a new backpack and that unmistakable smell of sharpened pencils mean a brand-new school year is here. Whether a little one is starting kindergarten, a teen is heading into a big year or a favorite teacher deserves a first-day hello, this is the place to find a gift. Our Limoges back to school boxes are hand-painted in France, hinged and arrive gift-boxed. They outlast every box of crayons on the supply list. Best of all, nobody at the next desk can borrow one and forget to give it back.
The supply list here is a lot more fun than glue sticks. Crayon boxes, pencils and pencil holders sit beside blackboards made for the teacher's desk, and shiny apples, one with a little bee, are ready for an A-plus impression. A yellow school bus rolls up for carpool, a teddy bear perches on a book and a wise owl looks ready to grade papers. Graduation caps and diplomas remind everyone where all this homework is headed. Inside each lid there is just enough room for a lunch-money coin or a folded "you've got this" note.
Start a tradition by giving a child one school-themed box each fall, and by graduation they will have a shelf that tells the story of every grade. Teachers love collecting apples and blackboards, so a box makes a sweet welcome gift on the first day of class. Display them on a desk tray with real pencils, in a hutch beside school photos or on a nightstand as a lucky charm. Tuck one in a lunchbox the night before for a surprise that beats a cookie. Here's to gold stars, good friends and a great year ahead.
